Develop your Ideal Client Avatar (ICA) and decide on a niche market. 

Create and review your marketing strategy and discover all the ways you can find clients.

Module 5: How do you make a sale?

Develop your sales or discovery call process in a non 'salesey' structure.


Modules 6 & 7 are all about developing your business systems and workflows. Identifying technology and streamlining onboarding clients.

Module 6: What is client onboarding?

Create a client onboarding process which helps to streamline the process.

Module 7: What technology should I be using?

Discover the main bookkeeping systems and programs to used to help you to be more productive.


Module 8 is all about developing day to day workflows to ensure you are providing all the services that your clients need and require.
